I think the issue is the drugs people are taking. Most of these physiques you see on social media are simply not attainable without drugs.

That particular video I think has been frame rate interpolated, or whatever the correct term is. Basically they have increased the frame rate of the video. But the undeddited version is basically identical except a lower frame rate.
I think the only way it could have been done is scale models. It's definitely not stop motion because you can see parts flapping about in the video which would be extremely hard to do with stop motion.
