That school was dilapidated, and closed. The food delivery schedule was used to back up the flyers for an event at the school.
Even during covid closings there were food deliveries available at schools for free and reduced lunch students to pick up to prevent starving.

The school was rundown, and empty. That's why there were no kids, and no food.
People were told the vaccine would help long covid. This was the absolute worst study dataset of all time. Intentionally so.
