Hypothetically, yes. Some early research into Obama led some to believe he was born somewhere in Seattle due to the fack he can be placed there at about 2 weeks old. Back then, pregnant women and infants were prohibited from flying because they didn't know what it would do to them. Imagine that, at one time our government actually cared for women and infants. None of his documents add up. That would lead me to believe CIA was involved in their creation. FBI said he was a citizen, so either he is or the CIA said so under penalty of death if an FBI agent spoke up
