These types of decisions typically aren't fully exploited by the current leadership. It's what we do not see is what's so concerning. The tyrant will come because of this. As much of a Trump supporter as I am, I'll agree with you that she breached a broken window. The Capitol police didn't shoot anyone else and that should say a lot. It probably could have been handled better, but it happens in our communities sometimes too.

If you have an income at or below poverty level, they may leave you alone for not filling. But once you have any meaningful income, they will come for you. Typically mentally ill and drug addicts that fall into that category and they don't want to be stuck with the attorney's fees for someone who could never pay.
