They respond by saying the earth is a flat, infinite plane. No edge.
So how thick is the earth? Being infinite would imply the universe is bifurcated into half earth and half air/space/waters-above-the-dome.

Overpopulation has been the elephant in the room for as many decades back as I remember. Unfortunate that the cure is giving the owners even more control over us, but removing the stupid, weak, and compliant seems like the most fair and positive way to go.

You mention the war. At least a few countries in Europe have set prison sentences for as little as displaying a simple Z, or saying "I think Russia had a right to invade". Not so ridiculous in the US, yet, but we're heading that direction.
Just checked my uMatrix settings. I do have the main twitter addresses enabled, but the rest blocked. Mainly my privacy concerns are about blocking ads and corporate spyware, but pretty much accept that fed agencies can access whatever they want.
If I cared a little more I'd go through settings to find the minimal level of access that would still play videos, but I'm old af and what can they do to me. But yeah, people who need jobs and social interaction and have families should use a script blocker and be more careful.

Agreed. Most food from farms goes to population centers, where it's processed and distributed. But if there's a break in that farm to city process, it's going to be hard times for city dwellers.
IMO, it's far more likely that we're just simulations that think our experience is 'real'. NPCs in video games don't actually think, but if they did... They'd be programmed to accept their inputs as real.
