What I mean is this: I would like to give my contribution, my perspective on some particular deep state events that would pop up from time to time, but also on other issues. I was thinking of posting short 3-10 min max new briefs every few days, or when I would have time and when it would be warranted by the situation.
I might also talk and comment on fragments of books, articles etc.

I know about photo metadata, geodata etc... Does video have hidden data that could reveal my device, location, date and time of recording the video?

Is there any way to distort my voice, my accent would give the region I'm from pretty easily, both when speaking my native language and when speaking English. (I'm not a native English speaker). Am I right to think that digital distortion of the voice is not that good because it can be digitally reverted?

No I'm not paranoid, but I don't have a good opinion about humanity, and since I'm also not very social, I can't rely on of my tribe or friends or family or community to work as a shield or at least as a deterrent against my government or the world government to censor, lose my job, or destroy my life. What I mean is that famous ppl are not that easy to destroy because a lot of ppl support them, and most of these are very social and know how to keep good contacts - although even in these cases when things get really risky they end up with very few friends. But Im not a famous person.

BTW, when I say anonymity, I mean anonymity from governments/platforms like YT, not usual people.
1.Rather computer or camera, smartphones are dangerous (closed source + connected 100% time to the cell network. Also memory cards and usbs/ssd discs are not so erasable like magnetic hdd's so beware) 2.Except metadata there are pixel matrix noise for example,but it is individual to the device and would be applicable only if police get it and will be smart. So use low bitrate rather and everything shall be all right. (Maybe) 3.Voice maybe can be distorted but accent: hell no. Reversing it - depends of the algorithm. I wouldn't use my voice here simply. Or I would use text-to-voice.
There is no absolute anonymity here probably - it depends how big resources they would use against you. But good news is that probably wouldn't be too big resources they would rather ignore you unless you would post video where Killary for example eats baby.

PS: 1.Accounts. Tor/VPN/proxy and fake account not linked to you is must have. Use it also for searching & downloading some materials. Bad side: of course tor is signal you are hiding something if you wouldn't configure it (or other careless behaviours) so just to use proxy can be actually better idea (hiding in plain sight). 2.Specific places you attend personally.Be careful to not be triangulated thanks to your materials if there are some relations or something.

Also in the case I am stating anywhere you post it, including tor will get shut down eventually. How could you release such a video and make sure enough people have it, so that they can't stop the spread? Wikileaks seemed to have a brilliant idea with the insurance files, until they were shutdown and all raided.
How can Assange ever release the how to open the insurance files now that he's locked up? What contingencies could somebody use to get the video out to a large audience, while being resilient?
copy to a shitload of CDROMs, mail them (with accompanying note explaining content/context) to random student/uni newspaper staff, random unknown/aspiring artists, random alternative weeklies, media outlets/voices that have been vocal on pizzagate, random pastors/clergy/ministers.
Fair statistical chance a student will post online. Even if the content never gets posted online, guarantee the CD's content itself will be spread or talked about among recipients' social groups.

There's a rumor going around (how true?) that the UK is hunting posters identified from the Kiwifarms hack, where it's illegal to criticize certain groups. If you're in a country that jails or imprisons thought criminals, be wary of 3rd party companies that might get compromised.
You mention the war. At least a few countries in Europe have set prison sentences for as little as displaying a simple Z, or saying "I think Russia had a right to invade". Not so ridiculous in the US, yet, but we're heading that direction.
Look at Soviet Russia and Communist China for clues. They already have the database, and if one day the White House government goes down, they will use the database to construct death lists and get YOU KILLED.
Simpliest possible way: Use some decent text-to-voice software, and that's all.
If you are smart enough to RTFM and write some code, ffmpeg/gstreamer or other sound processing libraries will allow you create filter sequecnce that will irreversibly change your voice.
Also, using parts of GSM or other speech-targeted low bitrate codec you could split your speech into wowels (sound units of speech) and replace them with wovels taken from any person you like.
I do not recommend any closed source software that advertized as voice changers, because if you don't know exactly how it works, you can't be shure that voice change is really irreversible.
