Yeah. My conditioning is much better, my breathing is clearer, and my energy is top notch. Granted, I take everything you listed above too, but I’d recommend at least trying NAC in the fall and winter to see if it helps you. It’s affordable and I don’t know anyone who has had adverse effects from it. My whole family takes it.

N-Acetylcysteine. It promotes glutathione production in the body. Any health food store should have it and it’s not expensive.
I’ve added NAC for the past 18 months and it has helped my respiratory health and conditioning (running, brisk walking) immensely.

I used to care and spent the first few months convincing friends and family to avoid the jab at all costs. Some listened, some didn’t. I did my due diligence. My sympathy and advice is over.
