While I agree that the photos are difficult to parse, we know there is no sea level rise and no one knows much about “global” temperature rise. We have very limited climatological data, especially if you consider the earth to be millions or billions of years old. Microclimates are all over the place and can very easily keep ice persistent in arctic regions as needed, while other microclimates increase regional temperatures. Our atmosphere self-regulates and is always trying to move towards equilibrium. I’d encourage you to read some college-level earth science books from pre-1990s.

Your first article/link could easily be explained by the Great Flood. We can assume the global oceanscape drastically changed after such an event. A 12,000 year old city is mostly in line with the young earth theory.

Your second article/link (cosmos) is written by someone who identifies her pronouns and writes articles on paleontology, Hollywood dinosaurs and other fake shit. So that example won’t fly because it’s science fiction, not science.

But muh iceburgzz.

“I’ll never let go, Jack.”

Literally lets go.

Neat, I didn’t know he had a recorded lecture. His book helped open some eyes in my inner circle to the dangers of vaccines and how germ theory is fake science.

That’s why literal interpretation, when practical, is the safer path. Some non-believers would immediately say, “But the OT law and to literally follow it is horrific!” and I agree and say we are now under the New Law. That’s also why I’m only comfortable saying I’m a “Christian” and nothing else. I’m of the belief that the Word of God, the Bible and the actual words of God and Christ, have endured and presented itself in its form at any given time for the people’s needs. So, as you highlight, I believe word of human mouth and stories helped the people seek God’s salvation even during that period you’ve identified when there was no Bible (recently after Christ’s death to whenever the Gospels were written, and I’m in agreement with you that pre-70AD is certainly possible).

Of course others CAN have different interpretations (what’s to stop them?) but that doesn’t make their interpretations relevant or in line with God’s teachings. Some interpretations are blatantly opposed to God’s teachings (by design), in fact. Mormons have vastly different interpretations of God, the Bible, faith, and religion and they are so far out in left field that I consider them heathens and idolatrous worshippers. Have you ever debated a Mormon? There isn’t much common ground there.

We don’t agree that the first Christians were Catholics. I’m not sure what else there is to say about that. I’m getting old and I’ve known many Catholics, some actively speak of the Pope and God interchangeably, which I find blasphemous.

The Gospels meaning Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John? It’s unclear when they were written, but sometime in the late first century wouldn’t surprise me.

Well, I didn’t say “wholistic”, as you say, but, yes, interpretation is needed to read God’s Word. I’m not sure what point you are trying to make here. I’ve spelled out how the Bible references your questions. And yet, you still haven’t answered any of my questions with verse references. Why’s that?

Where’s the Pope referenced in the Bible? Why are Christians mentioned but not Catholics? Why do you follow a religion that has a clearly heretical leader? Seems strange, mon ami.

I had a small modicum of hope that the vaccine mandates would cause massive upheaval and outrage. It was my last hope for humanity. I was wrong.

Disagree, but what about the aforementioned John 10:30? “I and my Father are one”. Seems pretty clear there.

The Trinity explanation is there too. There is one God (Deut 6:4, 1 Cor 8:4, Galatians 3:20, 1 Tim 2:5). The Trinity consists of three Persons/entities. The entities are distinguished one from another in various passages. Each member of the Trinity is God. The Father is God (John 6:27, Romans 1:7, 1 Peter 1:2). The Son is God (John 1:1, 14, Romans 9:5, Colossians 2:9). The Holy Spirit is God (Acts 5:3-4, 1 Cor 3:16).

You have to take a holistic approach when reading the Scripture. You can’t assume one verse will say, “The Holy Trinity is XYZ”, just as it won’t say, “Don’t eat processed food that kills your body as the Temple of God.”

The author’s tone reeks of, “You’re now having heart palpitations after the vaccine? That’s normal and here’s why.”

Yes. Matthew 3:16-17 ESV references God and Jesus as one. Matthew 28:19 clearly speaks of the Holy Trinity.

What are you trying to get at here?

▲ 1 ▼
Dorktron4Runner 1 point ago +1 / -0

There are several verses that reference this: Isaiah 48:16 and 61:1, Matt 28:18-20, John 10:30, 2 Corinthians 13:14 to name a few.

  1. I cited a verse that says otherwise and you ignored it. Try again.
  2. No, it isn’t.
  3. That’s stupid.
  4. My family, both past and current generations, have never been educated in the public school system, unlike you.
  5. Religions are created by MAN. Why is this hard for you?

You do realize he’s already shipped an untold number of immigrants deeper into the US, right? Why don’t you know what “kabuki theater” means?

I’d appreciate you not wasting my time. Thanks.
