Second the antennas would have to be physically quite large. It would be difficult to have such a large array and not be visible. Do we have one, painted black, up there?

A reason for the large antenna array is to be able to beam-steer. You need multiple antennas to do that. This might be overcomeable in a satellite where you can use the satellite orbital travel to act as one dimension in steering, and a linear array of antennas instead of a 2D grid. This is called synthetic aperture and used in the radar domain.

I have conclusive evidence that burning solar panels to produce power releases carbon dioxide and stinky smoke. But in scientific tests, burning spotted owls only releases a little CO2. Well, no. The Tesla turbine design had a number of flaws.

1. It only operated well at high speeds. This eventually causes the discs to warp.
2. For any reasonable power level production, the turbine has to use discs of 2 to 3 feet diameter. However, when those spin at Tesla speeds the material shatters from powerful forces.
3. Tesla operating speed is not compatible with things like generators. To power those one has to have 50K to 3K RPM gear step downs. The gears wear out super fast.

These are lab curiousities but not actually practical.

HAARP is more geo-large and acts through manipulation of the atmosphere. There are several ways it can be used. One is to heat the ionosphere and that creates air pressure which can move the Jet Stream affecting weather. Another it is may be able to apply force through electromagnetic means to underground water, deep beneath the surface. That can apply force to the earth around it.

A chatbot is trained from a mass of diverse sources. That means that the data comes from a mass of different people. Sane people, weird people, abnormal people, even bots in the many internet sources. For example, Reddit is hardly wholly sane and reliable or even human in the posts.

Would one seriously want to prepare a formal research paper based on inputs from possibly fake people? Given a conclusion based on data from sources you cannot be certain were actual people? Of course not. Using chatbots as stand-ins for real people is a big stupid approach.
