Iv noticed this also. Especially in regards to physical activity. Iv worked with a bunch of younger guys the past few years and I'm always trying to encourage them to get into weight lifting or boxing ect. Even wrote a couple workout programs for em.
It stuck a few times, but those are few and far between. I think its in part because of the whole instant gratification our society is now used too.

theres some weirdness in all this. I don't know if i trust his son, sure Nygard needs to be dealt with but I don't know about his son. He lies about how close he and his father were.
