so, i was gonna make a post about this a while but completely forgot. The real mystery of the cathedrals is what they replaced. Nearly all of the great cathedrals of the middle ages were built over pagan temples of worship. like a rebranding of these sites. even St. Peter's Basilica was built on a roman or Greece pagan temple
pagan is a misunderstood term. take Germanic paganism for example, its hard to say what the structure of the religion was at this time. if you compare what we claim is paganism is now it is vastly different from the way it was described in the past.
theres a book from the 1000s from a guy named adam of bremen. He worked for the church and went to a pagan temple in sweden to check it out. look up the temple of uppsala. old pagan viking temple.
he said they worshiped a "trinity" thor, odin, and fryra. they would sacrifice people and animals, cut them up and throw there bloody bodies over a scared tree.
this seems to be a common trend in different pagan religions. Pacal the great in mesoamerica did similar ritualistic acts. human sacrifice, tree of life, birds.
around 1000ad all this switched and a new trinity was ushered in and replaced the old one. the cathedrals erased the history of the sacrificial temples.
the idea of "Jesus being sacrificed for our sins" is supposed to represent the end of human sacrifice. the symbol of him on a cross is a representation of the end of old age when they sacrificed people on the sacred trees.

iv read about this before in old books and I believe Manly P hall talks about this in one of his talks. Apparently in the 1800s this was tracked and known about but has become lost in the disinformation age.

iv been intermittent fasting for around 3 years straight now. ill probably do it for the rest of my life tbh. I eat a large meal once a day between 6-8 pm. After the initial 2 weeks or so It starts to get easy and becomes the norm.
some personal benefits have been obvious cost on food. consistent energy level and mood allday is nice too a little weight loss, but the real thing keeping me on it is the mental clarity. Its game changer for me, I do my best thinking on an empty stomach and instead of having maybe 3 hours in the morning im in the zone most of the day.
at this stage of the game, if you dont realise that all governmental bodies work in lockstep I cant help you
