iv been intermittent fasting for around 3 years straight now. ill probably do it for the rest of my life tbh. I eat a large meal once a day between 6-8 pm. After the initial 2 weeks or so It starts to get easy and becomes the norm.

consistent energy level and mood allday is nice too
a little weight loss, but the real thing keeping me on it is the mental clarity. Its game changer for me, I do my best thinking on an empty stomach and instead of having maybe 3 hours in the morning im in the zone most of the day.
