don't know anything about the details, but if I had to rule on this, it would come down to weather the second amendment, or any of the other amendments in the Constitution apply to foreign Nationals on American soil. I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, ergo foreign Nationals do have the right to keep and bear arms.
all that said, if illegally crossing the border is a felony, then they would be felons. unfortunately, they have to be convicted felons in order for their rights to be stripped, and nobody is trying or convicting anyone.

There's not enough soldiers in the world to occupy a country with a currently estimated population of 336,289,933 Let's say only 10% would defy whatever their strategy may be that's STILL 33 million heavily armed people with an advantage of knowing the geography better then any foreigner I wouldn't put it past them to be blind to the lessons of Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan but occupation only works with enough troops to literally stand on every corner and even then the losses would be horrendous
I think you're mostly correct, but there's an active depopulation program going on in the US and Europe with the shots – and the climate seems rich with the possibility of "natural" disasters, food shortages, grid failure, nuclear exchange, etc. etc. that will further cull the (mostly white) populations. The playing field can be evened pretty quickly.

The antifederalists wouldn’t ratify the US constitution without the bill of rights. These rights are inalienable and are from God. These are not privileges or allowances from any ruler or government.They cannot be infringed by the government.

However, if they didn’t make the firearm with readily available materials, it should be illegal for them to purchase them from a seller. Kind of like marijuana decriminalization proponents, legal to possess, illegal to buy. But you can’t just grow a firearm… you could get a 3D printer and make a ghost gun.
