I personally don't believe the majority of reddit is real. I think it's bot and MOSSAD driven. Just try and argue or offer an opposing opinion and you're immediately banned. You can't even post in controversial subreddits without the moderators first approving your comment so it's completely controlled and manufactured to be an insane asylum.
Normal users log in and are inundated with propaganda to deconstruct and demoralize them - with is the goal of the site.

Like, they were really fucking weird to me, before covid, but after covid they lost their minds and the crazies really started coming out since everything was shut down for like 4 weeks. Alot of them never left, its sad.

I'm pretty sure it passes through unprotected sex. That's sad. They were fed a steady diet of fear after living in a cocoon of illusory safety and they lack any sense of control over their own mortality which is a very hard thing to truly face. To know that you are here by the grace of God and to surrender to it is a very hard thing to do. Mental illness? Possibly but no more "mentally ill" than relying on a seatbelt or a parachute to open.
The real Question is - Were they mentally ill BEFORE or AFTER they joined reddit?

Companies and, I guess you would call them influencers, started having their own subreddits. It drew in the people, who saw memes and jokes and balanced news and nestled in for the long haul.

It started to go to shit when all of the refugees from Digg came over. I killed my 11 year old reddit account years ago. I used to always be on there, but it just got to be unbearable.

Others suggest information to tempt one to hold onto it within ones mind/memory...if one read it/reddit, then that implies one consumed suggested information by another, which is then establishing indigestion within ones mind/memory.
Ever heard of things involuntarily repeated in one's mind (earworm)? Well; others can utilize suggested information to tempt ones voluntary consent to trigger repetition within ones mind aka remembrance/recollection/capacity to recall.
What if there's a difference in-between TOTAL (all perceivable) + RECALL (suggested by another)?
