What’s got you down? Life stuff or politics? If you’re thinking about dying maybe immersing yourself in this toxic sludge isn’t doing you any favors. Don’t kill yourself. I think many things are orchestrated to make as many people as they can commit suicide. Don’t fall for it man. Just cut out the toxic culture and refocus on what’s important to you, your faith, your health, and goals. You got this.
Keep in mind that market manipulation exists. If you're afraid the dollar is collapsing because it's actually collapsing, then buy some gold or land or whatever.
But if you're afraid the dollar is collapsing only because of the propaganda, then once you've given them all your dollars in exchange for the gold and land, the housing bubble bursts and the dollar remains strong and you lose.
So, basically just be aware there are false forces that are designed to trick you into misappropriating your funds.
If your good with electronics invest in resistors, capacitors, etc. internet may not be something of value and computers if there is electricity may be only good to store how to manuals. Atleast with electronics gear you can repair things for people that allows you to barter or scrap items to repair or maintain things. Every apocalypse movie i have seen theres some scrapper repairing functional items with a circuit. Then you have people fixing engines. Im with you on the gold. I would maybe have 1oz but what are you going to do with it? Dont need it to hunt, grow food, you just need it in relation to other people and you can get by with barter. There are only three gems upon the earth; water, food, and pleasing words. Fools consider rocks gems. ~Chanankya

The story I remember is the jew who gives their gold to the train conductor to look the other way when they hop off at the stop outside the camp rather than inside. A little gold at the right moment could be invaluable if you are ever hunted or robbed.
own something on paper and be beholden to the government only if they decide to be assholes
vs
literally own nothing, rent for the rest of your life, where all your monthly payments go into the trash as opposed to being essentially 90% paid to yourself.
I get the state of property ownership is far from ideal at the moment, but it is leaps and bounds better than renting if you can afford it.
The trick is to simply stop paying property taxes. Or, better yet, just bribe an architectural firm to build you a house on government land so that no one knows you even own it.
First of all, it’s not a sin to enjoy yourself. You expended your life energy to generate that money- spend it however you want. Ensure your needs are taken care of first- that’s just basic responsibility. Giving money to charity is always nice and I recommend everyone give something on a regular basis, but your bank account doesn’t belong to any charity.
I’m assuming you’re talking about a motorcycle, or something equally awesome and expensive. It’s a calculated risk in keeping that kind of savings around- depends on how close you are to your goal, as well as how quickly you can pack away the rest.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that we’re always A LOT earlier than we think we are— us conspiritards expected food riots before thanksgiving, but here we are with the grocery store shelves still fully stocked. You have time.
Edit: wanted to add- the “crash” isn’t going to render cash worthless over night. The markets will crash and unemployment will skyrocket before cash itself becomes worthless. There will be plenty of economic carnage all around before your dollars are worth more as firewood— when things get that bad, then it’s time to recalibrate where & how you spend your stack. On that note- fun stuff will be more readily available than basic necessities, as everyone else in the thick of the carnage will be fixated on acquiring food and other necessary resources as opposed to a badass motorcycle.
Pay some of your bills ahead of time, spend some on something fun, spend more on something that will retain value.
Get an electric bike, a new rifle with a bunch of ammo, and get some dry food.
Life isn't worth living if there's no fun in it, but that's not to say you should go live a life of hedonism and excess.
You can just stop the sentence there, honestly.
Are you agnostic or atheistic?
Neither.

Diversify. Food, arms, equipment, metals, property, etc.

Property. If you can buy property outright, you'll always have somewhere to live.
Enjoy property taxes forever.
Waaaay cheaper than rent
“It’s okay that I will never actually own anything, because it’s cheaper than otherwise not owning anything!”
Guess you’re happy.
And your solution oh wise one? 😑
Three fucking guesses.

How close to that 7k goal are you? This is kinda of an important detail.

Classic car without the surveillance systems. It will appreciate.
Always diversify, to protect against loss in any one area. You can survive a loss in one thing but not in a single giant investment.
buy farmable land
Yesterday.
Literally constantly; be buying silver/gold with any spare cash you have.
