World War III could start tomorrow and yet for someone living in the Amazon jungle it was the white explorer they met last month that was the big event. I was pretty onboard with the 9/24 theme, but not really sure the Xi thing counts. Though, maybe there's some major fallout from Xi's arrest which won't be known for a month or so.

Rumours largely from India. Baseless. Proved false or exaggerated.
There is however a possibility he won't get another term. Health, and some unpopularity. But even that is huge speculation.
The rumours out there are largely trolls at it, not the first time either, 2012 saw similar stories.
