My initial guess is that this act is a message to the global elite. If you check the Google Street view, you can see multiple cameras covering the entire property from multiple angles. There is even a camera on the main road where you turn off to go to this place. No it's not a big deal, I just had to do a hundred hours of community service for "littering" at sixteen years old, my very strict mom didn't even ground me because even SHE thought it was stupid.
