Absolutely terrible, this might be happening more than reported. From the videos I have seen, it seem as if they lose higher brain functions. As if the only parts of the brain which are functioning are the animalistic/reptilian parts. I have seen other recent videos where people just decide to take a dump in public totally oblivious that they shouldn't be doing it and I am not talking in India or some place like that. Time will tell.
I won't give out exact details but I know for certain that "case" numbers are completely made up. I have access to lab testing data which I check whenever the government says 20% positives! Oh Noooo! Then I check and can hardly find a positive case.
Maybe some governments are less lazy than others (i.e. telling labs to change the testing parameters or something), but you can take it for certain that numbers are just completely made up.

Yes, it is very possible. Let's put it this way, they knew about the truckers convoy before it happened, and they knew how destructive it would be but the government didn't bend one tiny bit.
Rationally they could have excluded the truckers from the mandates, slowly infiltrated them and started introducing new drivers, and pushed for it again in a year or so if they wanted "safe and effective" results.
Even if this whole thing is about the vaccines and depopulation, there are many more effective ways to go about this more slowly.
