In addition those in the videos do not seem drunk, and I doubt if all of them are your usual drug taker, drugs are not widely available there also and you never see addicts in the streets or anything of the sort.
I do not know if this is vax damage, or some sort of government experiment or bad drugs being sold but this video is quite disturbing in a way. There has been an influx of israeli Mossad into UAE for the last couple of years, maybe they have been peddling new type of drugs?
