This is about bacterial infections and antibiotics. As far as I know that topic is unrelated to viruses or vaccines.

I think there are factions. There are certainly those who profit from war and push like hell for it. Other factions would prefer a cold war because they believe the economies on "both" sides benefit. I placed the word "both" in scare quotes because ideally there are three sides to act as a more effective nuclear deterrent.

To be fair there were a few outbreaks. To what degree it was deliberately provoked or otherwise made to happen is still unknown because the footage was vetted before being released in order to build the case that it was a violent insurrection.

That's a good point, but I think the obesity (which I think is actually classified as a co-morbidity) leads to a higher death toll rather than rate of infection.

Also, I'm not trying to say that they can wipe out obesity with this--just inflict a higher death rate on places with a higher obesity rates (and other health issues caused by lifestyle) while suffering less collateral damage.

That's an interesting take, but I don't see the correlation between people likely to take the shot and the people you are describing. I don't have any official figures, but I'll bet the number of welfare recipients refusing the shot is massive.
