Protests today have counter-protesters who dress like the protesters to minimize media exposure and to ensure that whatever the media does cover can be maximally negative. Be aware of organized booing campaigns and other tactics to otherwise shut out the message.

Firstly, you are calling us a pejorative invented for the purpose of discrediting people who question authority.
The fault does not lie solely with politicians, but the powerful interests that can manipulate them.
Take note of how they do this. They assert that a group is "antivax", (toss in the term retard), and then assert that the group has fallen (once again!) for something. They use these setups to publicly debunk in a very visible way. The end goal has nothing to do with the truth, but to discredit people. This time they are discrediting people who discuss the possibility of powerful people conspiring for their own interests.
There are a lot of coincidences, I'll give you that.
I saw recently about some conservative lawmaker wanting a list of school library books. One of the books they were looking for (in order to ban it, most likely) was a comic version of V for Vendetta.
I knew a guy who worked as an investigator in California. His job was to report on domestic eco-terror attacks on the power grid. Their method of operation was to bomb remote power lines that transported electricity long distances. They kept the public from finding out by lying to the news media. The cover story was that the blackouts were caused by the power stations not having enough capacity.
I don't see it.

To be fair, liberals actually do complain about this, but they have been marginalized to the point of having their message drowned out.
Now, the political opportunists (Deep State) who misrepresent themselves as liberals in American politics, that is a different story. They would not complain because they have their own agendas to promote.
I get some screwball results too on various search engines. I don't see why this should necessarily be attributed to malice.
We can't know who is responsible for the alleged attempt at this stage.
This makes me wonder if the Pfizer whistleblower who spoke out about the protocols to prevent contamination not being followed is actually legitimate. That could be the plausible deniability they need. What if those "contaminants" were actually secret trials of prototype nanotechnology that they want to use in future shots (not vaccines, but real nanomedicine to eradicate disease).
This can't take into account the known unknowns, such as odds of mutation and into what, biological warfare and future effects of contracting the disease.
