Some years ago, I heard something interesting about censorship in China. They said that basically you could say anything you wanted online, and I assume that's because they considered it some sort of relief valve.
However, what they came down on was anyone trying to organize online. And they really dropped the hammer on people traveling to meet one another for the purposes of such organizing.
Before that, I had always considered "the right of the people peaceably to assemble" to be some quaint, old-fashioned kind of thing, but I guess those "racist misogynist fascists" really knew what they were doing.
As far as residual radioactivity and fallout, you have to keep in mind that they've had over 75 years to perfect these things. Blowing things up was the point, and as it stands now they make the area radioactive only if they want to.

You can often see more direct evidence. Nukes get white hot in the center, pegging the camera sensor, while conventional explosives are red-orange. Several nukes in Yemen and Syria showed "scintillation", which looks like sparks flying out of the explosion. Upon close inspection, they don't fly through the air because they are caused by radiation directly impinging the camera sensor.
And if you're wondering, countries like Russia and China know all this and much more, but if you think it through there's hardly a point in them calling out the West on it. The Satanic Neo-Imperialists clearly do not give a single fuck what anyone has to say.
Hiroshima, Nagasaki, the Trinity test, and the Bikini Atoll tests were fake. Many other nuclear detonations were real. Many real nuclear detonations were passed off as conventional or ignored completely.
People with one viewpoint or the other and show you an example or two, then argue that it applies to all events everywhere. The truth is more complex than that, although many "intellects" find this too uncomfortable to accept.
Want to see a real nuke going off up close? Go back and watch the Beirut port explosion. Look at video of the blast and pictures of the damage done, and try to convince yourself that was an old pile of fertilizer.
BTW, ammonium nitrate is only an oxidizer and requires mixing with a fuel such as fuel oil before being used as a blasting agent. That's right, even when properly mixed, AMFO is not even an explosive itself but requires an actual explosive to set off the detonation.

What I would hope for is this: if they could understand that "They" could set off nuclear explosions in the most densely populated city in the US, and "They" could mind-kontrol an assassin to kill her own husband, and "They" could convince nearly everyone that these were laughable ideas, then there isn't much you should put past "Them". That new worldview would change their appraisal of all other current events and historical situations.
There are two big problems, though. First, even generally awake people literally lack the capability to imagine such things are true. You must be able to imagine something could be true to properly evaluate the evidence.
Second, the alteration to their worldview that this demands makes even generally awake people unbearably discomforted. It is so atavistically disturbing that--surprise reversal!--they find they don't have the time/research skills to investigate and validate these ideas.

Imagine that some months ago, deep in a bunker under the Kremlin, a group of Intelligence analysts was given the prompt, "What would happen if the Nord Stream pipelines suddenly blew up due to sabotage by parties unknown?" A few days later, something like this article is submitted as the response. Now reread the article in that mindset.

They have certainly watched all these Western threats to the pipelines carefully, like this exercise and Biden's veiled remarks. These were aimed at Russia's benefit from their energy relationship with Europe. But the calculus is now much different. Russia has new customers for their energy and plenty of money from sky-high prices for it.
Now the pipelines blow up and they just shrug their shoulders and say, "Looks like sabotage. Why would we blow up our own pipelines? Won't be fixed until spring so good luck, Europe." Then they just sit back and enjoy the backlash from Europeans against their own governments, NATO, and the US for getting them into this mess.
The US can and will deny any involvement, but of course they would and who's taking their word at this point? Ordinary Europeans will be bled white as they shiver and sit in the dark. Think they're going to spend cold, dark nights waiting to hear more of Zelensky's complaints?
Putin is a fan of judo, and all the West's threats and aggression may have just gotten flipped back on them. The more I think about it, the more sense it makes.

I ignored this at first, but have seen it in too many credible places. Rumor has it that Xi is facing ouster and that a coup is underway in China. Some have speculated that it is not a coup, and that it is a military operation getting underway. On the 21'st there were headlines stating that China's air traffic would be cut by at least 57 percent over the next short term (define that) let's say a couple weeks, and that the cancellations have already started and that the Chinese are upset.
Therefore I suspect there is a military action underway, and that there is no coup because if there was a coup, headlines would not have been talking about mass flight cancellations in the near future, a coup is done in secret.

My guess: Xi is cleaning house, possibly pulling the trigger on a counter-coup because of an imminent coup. Xi is a reformer and "They" can't stand China not opposing Russia over Their failing Ukraine project. "They" are growing increasingly desperate and I read this as evidence of that.

My read is that the coup plotters calculated the time was right to move when Xi was away in Central Asia, but now he's back and is dropping the hammer on them.
I considered the thesis that it was caused by a natural event, but if it were so then you'd find all sorts of natural structures buried under the mud, and widespread discontinuities in the stratigraphy. The mainstream is aware of the latter and it's rare.
One example I can think of is where a petrified forest was exposed somewhere along the coast of the Pacific Northwest. They suspected inundation by a tsunami and were able to guess at the late 1700's. It turns out they traced it back to records of a big earthquake in Japan right at that time.
The only other similar example I know is Pompeii, which was ash and not mud. Again, the vast majority of places in the world are not sites of human habitation so "mud flooding" of dwellings should be very rare indeed.
Have you heard of tells? Read how they say they're supposed to have formed, then try to picture the process and convince yourself that's what really happened.
As far as I can tell (haha), these are sites that have been hit with mudfloods. Some mainstream article about one of them mentioned that it had ten layers of buried settlements.
If mudfloods were a natural occurrence, how could they possibly happen multiple times right on a settlement? Also, everything would have been flooded, and you can see from the pic right on the wiki page that it's just on the city. It must be a weapon.
There's not a single sentence in any history book about any of the truth of this, at least no book that still exists publicly.
