He was visiting from Pennsylvania and tried badly to interact with my daughter, so the dad and I were talking. His autism came out of nowhere. It could really happen to anyone. He has all his CDC vaccines, up to date on COVID boosters, takes his morning medication.
Meanwhile, the rest of us didn't jab our kids at all and let them roll around in the dirt and they're just fine!

My barely 2 year old is speaking up a storm. She knows numbers, counting, shapes, colors, animals, and can read quite a bit. She learned that by watching educational TV for a half hour then playing with an educational toy matching what she just watched, and repeating. Hour playground in the AM, TV-play cycle throughout the day, more outside time after I'm off work.
