Those are fake. Once the vaccines started, people did start getting sick, but they got ahead of the news. Remember that the symptom of this fake virus was fainting randomly or getting sleepy and they kept adding and subtracting until they got the symptom profile that's like the disease their vaxxers are now carrying. One of the things that helped was that there were doctors and "doctors" all over the place telling people what the virus does but they said some similar things and some different things. Big Tech helped promote some of them and helped change the symptoms.

The prion diseases didn't come from the fake virus, but they are possible and I would say probable from vaccinations. The vaccines are meant to break the body's natural functions, which lead to more proteins being made without any real limiting factor for the proteins or safety to stop prions.
Their religions are very similar and they share most of the same beliefs. Islam also happens to be a very strong religion in terms of converting and spreading, so it basically will override other belief systems not tied to genetics, like what the jews have in their religion ethnicity combo. If they can control Western Islam from its inception, they can bake in the protections they need to not be attacked by muslims in the west which also protects them from the ones in the Middle East.
Also going back to just general conflict, bringing them here causes conflict which they can "solve" by monitoring everyone for everyone's safety, like they say they want to do now with the fake virus. Ice cream sales are up all over the place because there are multiple locations around major cities where people can go. People who regularly order ice cream will get the ice cream when they have the chance and will go to another location if it's still convenient.
It only affects the "owners" because it's not always their machines that get fixed so they feel like they are losing sales to competitors.
