AI should never answer the phone.
You have to waste your time dancing with an AI bot to get to a person that can solve your problem. If it was a simple "turn it off and and turn it back on" solution, you wouldn't be calling in the first place. The added tech layer of AI just wastes more of your time.
The thing to keep an eye out for ----- is this really saving me time?
... or is it complicating things, then saving time on the more complicated process, which only takes us back to original time it took in the first place.
Example: a purchase with an agricultural tax exemption number.
Small shop --- takes your exempt number (from a piece of paper), enters it in, You make purchase.
Home Depot ---- get a computer, get a phone, get an internet account with email, set up a Home Depot Depot account, set up your tax exempt number on your home depot account. You will need your phone when you make a purchase. ----- fuck that shit, this added tech needs to collapse.
Technology Complexity Collapse
Many things took less time before. Maybe you are not old enough to remember.
We are witnessing Technology Complexity Collapse
e.g. we should have quit when we were ahead.
I want something simple --- not all of this crap.

But what if we WANT a fracture?
Israel is a parasite.
Look at the old car radios ---- push button, get station
Every 'technological improvement' beyond that takes me more time and is more prone to failure.
I have a microwave oven ---- turn knob, slam door
Every 'technological improvement' beyond that takes me more time and is more prone to failure.
Using computers to run the banking system results in all arithmetic being done correctly every time.
that's more like Excel than AI
Technology has become a human time consumer ---- it takes longer to do the same thing.

You might not see it yet ---- but Home Depot doesn't get my business anymore.
Once the collapse gets critical mass, you will see it.
This is not the first time
