A general statement of what is included is polite, I think. Would you be willing? Can be short, doesn't need to be an essay or anything.

Call them out by refuting their argument. Name calling doesn't expose the enemy it exposes you..

I think intelligent design is evident in the precise systems needed to sustain life as we know it, yes. An Ultimate Creator makes the most sense to me.

Within common culture agent smith is used as a slur, similar to other words, even if they are used in jest or sometimes against one's self, it becomes a slippy slope when used against another user and I see no reason not to moderate it according to rule 1.

Free speech within a very small rule set. Rule 1 is to not use your freedom to attack users.
