Proof is very specific and I don't think video can suffice as proof these days. Although it seems weird that it keeps happening for him (maybe he's AI or something?) it's not "proof" proper. There's other things that could be causing that I'm sure, and more importantly, why would they allow that to get out to the public. That's pretty damning if it is a reptile thing.
