This is very partially correct. All oils require the same processes. I do agree that vegetable oil is bad, but not for the reasons mentioned. This seems like basic propaganda - everything causes heart problems, be very afraid.
You get the oils from vegetables and seeds if you digest them raw. You need oils. Your body is a machine that requires oils to work. Study a bit of biochemistry - it's literally basic knowledge.
And keep in mind that they did the study with some french fries... Did they calculate how long was the oil heated? Did they study the potatoes? No, french fries are bad because of the oil only... Poor judgement. Not even an actual scientific experiment. But looks convincing. They showed some formulas and some fries - that would convince the commons. People in fear will believe anything, just add some more fear to it.

Just an addition from my research, on all videos where the plain is just about to hit, you never see people looking up. I live by an airport and everyone, who lives by one, can confirm that plains are extremely loud. If a plain was actually this close to hit a building, it would make enough noise to interrupt your conversation, yet none of the people in the videos are looking up. Quite the opposite, they look up after "the plain" hits a.k.a. when the bombs are heard.
Furthermore, many people died from the asbestos in the buildings, that's another reason why they "had" to be demolished. But it also makes sure that most eye-witnesses will be already dead. Check any firefighters, police, etc. that lived to tell a bit of the tale, they carry an oxygen tank with them. It's quite sad, but very eye-opening. For their sake, we must tell the truth.

Don't fall for bots. There are many users who's only job is to write a comment that confuses the readers.
