I agree that they need to normalize by number of people being vaccinated. This will probably cause the neurological injuries to be within confidence bounds for the vax. Though, this will not explain the increase in strokes:
"2385 cases of stroke per year following COVID-19 vaccines
3.5 cases of stroke per year following all FDA-approved vaccines combined"
2385/(3.5*25) --> 27.25x incidence.
Here's a simpler ecological explanation:
Society selectively breeds for domesticity. Nomads built cities to protect themselves from stronger nomads. This cities allowed the weaker or less dominant to continue to survive. They grew and then the cities needed more resources. They begin to conquer nomad territories and demand royalties. This causes the nomads to be forced into more urban arrangements.
I'm simply being descriptive. I'd describe the right more as idealistic and trump as a bit of an ideologue. Though since those ideals are ones that epitomizes western vitalism we can refer to it as vitalists and trump as a virtuoso :)
It seems it's less about the spikes and more about the affect on immune regulation which is what we've been tending VAIDs. Lymphocytes and hemocytes are getting grouped up as part of a cellular defense and it's causing clotting related disorders. From the paper:
"In this paper, we present the evidence that vaccination, unlike natural infection, induces a profound impairment in type I interferon signaling, which has diverse adverse consequences to human health. ... These disturbances are shown to have a potentially direct causal link to neurodegenerative disease, myocarditis, immune thrombocytopenia, Bell’s palsy, liver disease, impaired adaptive immunity, increased tumorigenesis, and DNA damage."
That's how the UN operates it in other countries. They even wear conspicuous blue helmets. I need more than one random video of UN assets. There's thousands of UN assets littered across the states because, well, they're our assets used to support the UN.

I found the table of contents on archives, but so can't find part where they spelled out the milestones. It used to be there right in plain sight: https://web.archive.org/web/20210414204421/https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/outcomedocuments/agenda21
To comment on the delivery method itself: we don't have a good way of figuring out the relationship between mRNA dose and subsequent antibody load. For instance, healthy people have healthy cells which replicate far more. This is an issue when what's being replicated is toxic
