I'm not doing anything different than what Jesus did. Jesus prayed to the Father as the ultimate, ineffable source of all being, often referred to as the "God above God" or Bythos. All I do is pay close attention to his words. When he prays Jesus starts with an acknowledgement of absolute unity with the Source. When Jesus taught the Lord’s Prayer, he did not create an exclusive formula. He began with "Our Father" indicating God as the source of all consciousness. "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" - here, the kingdom is not a distant thing to hope for but the fullness of consciousness to be realized.
