To add to this: the cognitive shift requires a physical shift to accompany it. We all have epigenetic memories/traumas passed down through our bloodlines in addition to unresolved emotions stored from our own lives. Often, this unresolved trauma manifests as autoimmune diseases or other ailments when left unaddressed for years or decades.
For me personally, I was “blessed” with an injury earlier this year that left me in chronic sharp & shooting pain for about 6 weeks. I say all of these things not to brag, but because I’d heard about ascension for over a decade now and I never had any idea what that meant or would look like, but now I’m beginning to see. The Law of Attraction is real, just horribly misunderstood.

“Fighting” this force, for me anyway, has been an exercise in divorcing myself from reliance upon their system. If they want to shut down the food supply, my yard is a good forest. Want to take down the grid? Neat- my solar system is EMP resistant. All the preparations in the world can be taken away in an instant though.
As you said, if they want us dead- they’ll eventually kill us. The use of arms against them is the death row of a cornered fox- turning my front yard into an LEO orphan factory is just a consolation prize on my way out. It’s a lost battle long before it ever gets to that point.
