They were also 100% SURE that there would be military guarding grocery stores to prevent food riots in the US by Thanksgiving this year.
They mean well, but their timing is always extremely early at the very least
Wait, have people on this forum NOT been doing this already? Lmfao
There’s still time to anyone reading this who hasn’t- but fuck these preps are getting expensive
Damn that’s a long list. When I was a little metal head in HS, Megadeth was my top—- what a relief that they came out based AF over all of this madness. Truly metal motherfuckers.
The idea that a weapon system disguised as a communications network can’t be used for multiple nefarious purposes is the dumbest fucking take I’ll read for a long fucking time.
Came to the comments for this. Thanks dawg.
The pope is, and always has been, a literal demon.
To add- Trump’s emergency declaration is what allowed the states to overreach the way that they did. Not only could he have stopped it, he enabled it.
Play tyrant games, win tyrant prizes. Shame she didn't make it.
A shit load of our tax dollars, apparently.
It’s amazing what people will believe when they’re brainwashed from birth. It’s fucking madness.
They only endured torture because they expected to be rewarded for it. Selfishness and selflessness are two sides of the same coin. Suffering isn’t a virtue.
The real problem is they’re hypocritical sheep who’ll believe anything that’s written in a book. The Zionism shit is the natural result of these people refusing to use their eyes and to think for themselves. Not disagreeing though- Christian Zionism is a fucking plague.
That, or he (and all of Russia by extension) will be the fall guy pinned for all of the weapons being flooded out of the Ukraine. Another pretext for more aggression to keep the gears of war turning
Plenty of jobs that society needs doing- a fed parasite isn’t one of them
if you really think dying a "hero" is anyone's motivation for going out guns blazing in an act of self-defense in a world gone mad, you're sorely mistaken. You have to realize what you can and can't control in this world, and then act accordingly. We can't control how tyrannical those in power get. When the tyranny reaches a boiling point, if the only thing I can control is turning my house into a SWAT team orphan factory, then so be it. We all die, and I choose to die on my feet.
In the mean time, there's a lot you can do to reduce your dependency on the system, and given how panicky you appear to be, you haven't done any work towards that. When you don't need the system to survive, you sleep pretty well at night.
It has nothing to do with being a hero, and it really doesn't matter what you want. You can only control a tiny sliver of your existence, and making the choice to remain unarmed is your decision to give up a large part of that tiny sliver.
We're all going to die- you may as well do it on your own terms. Cowering away while the powers that be continue to ruin your life is no way to live.
Sucks to see a child pay for the sins of a parent, but fuck Rod Stewart.
In the age of 3D printing and FOSS, this isn't an excuse anywhere on the planet. Get your priorities right and this sort of media dunking becomes meaningless. u/TallestSkil is right.
Who would want to give up such a cushy, do-nothing job?
How many terrorists have Air Marshals stopped? Going to bet it’s somewhere in the neighborhood of how many terrorists the TSA has stopped. Zero.
huh... I thought the rotting egg smell was from bad catalytic converters on the highway
Pretty sure that’s one of the menu items
Acceptance is half the battle. Enjoy the decline however you can.
First of all, it’s not a sin to enjoy yourself. You expended your life energy to generate that money- spend it however you want. Ensure your needs are taken care of first- that’s just basic responsibility. Giving money to charity is always nice and I recommend everyone give something on a regular basis, but your bank account doesn’t belong to any charity.
I’m assuming you’re talking about a motorcycle, or something equally awesome and expensive. It’s a calculated risk in keeping that kind of savings around- depends on how close you are to your goal, as well as how quickly you can pack away the rest.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that we’re always A LOT earlier than we think we are— us conspiritards expected food riots before thanksgiving, but here we are with the grocery store shelves still fully stocked. You have time.
Edit: wanted to add- the “crash” isn’t going to render cash worthless over night. The markets will crash and unemployment will skyrocket before cash itself becomes worthless. There will be plenty of economic carnage all around before your dollars are worth more as firewood— when things get that bad, then it’s time to recalibrate where & how you spend your stack. On that note- fun stuff will be more readily available than basic necessities, as everyone else in the thick of the carnage will be fixated on acquiring food and other necessary resources as opposed to a badass motorcycle.
I even own, read, and enjoyed one of his books. He used to be sensible & reasonable. Dude took a nosedive harder than Alaska Airlines Flight 261
