The what ifs is that there is nothing else. There is nature. The entropy required is too large. We have the sun. That's it. That's our life. And we adapted to it in the distance (and circumference of terrestrial earth) that we have now. Good luck re-creating that. Not to speak of the cosmic rays or the photosynthetic web from which we derive all our (healthy, non-disease-causing) foods. Too many too foolish have tried. Man is foolish - don't forget. Don't ever forget that. Nature is wise. Man is the only animal smart enough to invent artificial lights and stupid enough to live under it.
No no, I didn't miss anything. Au contraire. Dunning-Krueger. You have no idea about nature, and apparently neither do "they".
They can't filter through radiation, because they can't re-create the entropy needed. It breaks the laws of nature. Simple as that. There is nothing else. That's it. And that might - as you say - just bring our demise. Surely are headed that way, but what is missed is that includes all as we know it. On the other end new life-forms adapted will thrive, but us (incl. "they") won't.
No, they can't terraform. We will never terraform successfully. We evolved on planet earth. Those who go out to space (let alone on something like Mars) suffer very quickly from hyper-methylation issues, auto-immune conditions, cancers, psychological issues, etc. They might fool themselves into thinking it's entirely possible. It's not. The electromagnetic spectrum is way different - and just see how much the changes we've done to our environment (through radiation) has done to us and other life of the planet.
Ok, let's try again. Many people that are South African told me they think that the anti-virals are causing mutations of the virus.
I never said I agreed with that.
I think their take was idiotic....
But that was their take....
And that was what I originally said. Some people have this idea. I'm not some people. It's not my idea. I don't agree with the idea.
How fuckign hard is that to understand. You fucking troll..
Already happening in Europe. Both with fuel but also food supplies (critical things like dairy deliveries, were you can't wait a day). Right now it's blamed on several other things. But mostly blamed on lack of truck drivers (brexit kicked 25k truckers out of UK), new truck driver regulation that they have to go back home every 2 weeks makes it slim with drivers all over the place (a lot of truck drivers in EU are from eastern european countries - some even from asia/philipines). Some routes it's VERY difficult to get cargo shipped to/from. Others it's not an issue. But it's getting dire.
I'm in the camp of "does it matter?". Meaning, we live in the jungle still. And we still have law of the jungle - irregardless of what we think we have or don't have. The ones with the biggest guns are boss - literally and figuratively. Some places it's this or that entity, some places it's the people.
So in some respect it doesn't matter what piece of paper you or they hold - it only works within the framework of an existing paradigm. If they say, "but we own you, it says right here on this piece of paper", you say "fuck you".
Maybe, but the RS is amongst toddlers/babies - they haven't been vaccinated. I'm inclined to think it's a mix- but have no data to verify that with.
I'm not sure what to make of this one. In Germany last year under the heavy lockdown they had a rhino-virus-endemic... So there's that.
Another thing is people are probably WAY more likely to go seek medical care/diagnosis these days compared to 2 years ago. No one in their right mind would go to the doctor for a coof (unless you're old and frail) just two years ago. Now it seems like every paranoid karen needs it diagnosed, treated and sympathised with..
No. All infrastructure will completely crumble. We will have things breaking down with no one having any idea how it's run/fixed or even where it is at. it's complete chaos if that happens. Several companies I work with are like 80% vaxxed. They hold the key to several niche things - no one else does that. And that's just a couple of companies. I mean, holy shit. I seriously hope not.
Two options. One is that it continues on and on... And many are interested in that.. the other is that this is just a blatant case of corruption. Get contract with government - get paid 10x what it really costs on taxpayers dime. and no one needs it anyway, and hallelujah. golden toilet kinda thing.
Absolutely. It's WAY harder to find things I'm looking for today than it was 10 years ago. WAY harder. Sometimes impossible.
Like you say, bots, bad indexing, index gin propaganda / fake results, extremely heavy handed censor-ship, most communication has been gated into social media giants (forums used to be BIG BIG BIG - All replaced by social media shit).
Some elements of the internet are way cooler and works way better - but the internet as a knowledge sharing / gathering phenomena has declined so much it's almost unbearable.
