My daily pleasure is telling 10 Indian email spammers to fuck off and die. All the Indian companies use automatic keyword detectors for resumes, these pull a candidate name from a scraped database. Then the incompetent and lazy recruiter does not read the resume, merely spams you with a totally inappropriate job req.
Mornings I do not answer the phone anymore, these fuckers in an offshore zone call at 7 AM. Some days as many as five calls before 9 AM. It's far worse for me than the auto warranty robo calls.

The way this all works is, a shit agency buys an ATS service to automate the data labor, connects it to a stolen database, and then hires unskilled Indian labor to handle the phones and emails.
