Before and after photos are pretty convincing.. the damage done by 1 bomb is pretty convincing.
Would be pretty stupid to be caught with your pants down claiming to have a weapon like a nuke only to be faked by fire bombs.
You would also need a hell of a lot of planes etc to the devastation which wouldn't be easy.
