Weather has also been more abrupt than usual. I.e. unusually cold one day, unusually warm the next day, back to unusually cold the day after, back to warm, etc

I heard that it is Russian strategy to send their worst troops and equipment in first, to use those up before sending in their better forces. Apparently it is a strategy that was used in the Soviet era, and Putin and much of the Russian government are former Soviet officials themselves. However I don't know if that's actually their current strategy, or if they really are militarily weak.

Not Japanese but I do know that housing in Japan is dirt cheap compared to the West. It is a combination of several things.
Part of that is demographics, yes. But part of it is also that houses are considered more disposable over there and thus are built more cheaply. Supposedly it is common for a house to be demolished and replaced every three or four decades
Plus the houses in Japan are for the most part smaller than American houses so that drives down price of construction too.
Personally I have my fingers crossed that when the housing market crashes, Blackrock will crash with it and the government will refuse to bail them out.

This could go in a lot of different directions. Those who believe in the Tartaria theory argue that the Civil War narrative is a reconstructed (heh) history written with fake photos and fake books created to obscure/distort whatever really happened. These two being close relations may point to that.
Others may argue that it was simple coincidence that both these men rose to executive positions in nations that fought one another, but I find it hard to believe, albeit it is admittedly plausible.
Others may say the two were steered in that direction intentionally to set them up on opposite sides and start a Civil War to reorganize the U.S. in a way advantageous to whoever was doing the steering.

So I looked it up to see if I could find the original article. Internet Archive had the site but the first archival date for this site was in 2006 or therabouts so this is too early to see. Here's a thought- "when the weather cools" might not be a reference to Autumn, but possibly the aftermath of, a natural disaster. Say, a volcanic eruption or meteor strike that fills the atmosphere with dust and blots out the sun, causing colder temperatures.
I don't think the "island drifting away" is Brexit- the Brits are still tied up in the 5 eyes network as well as their royal family having the same connections to the other elites as usual. I think that line refers to this volcanic island that people on /pol/ are sperging out about for some reason.

As for the "Plans Laid Long Ago coming to fruition" I think that has something to do with how literally all the important people in America's founding were Masons and/or had ties to the original Rosicrucian illuminati in Europe, and how these groups have persisted to the present. There were masonic and occult rituals conducted at the laying of the Capitol cornerstone, this is well documented and even acknowledged by normie-tier historians, and Washington himself took part. But if you run a democracy, people will blame each other for voting for bad decisions, instead of blaming the elites. And as long as you control the media and information sources, you can control any country, but especially a Democracy. This way they can feed people whatever info will lead them to make the decisions they want, to give people the illusion of choice to prevent a revolt, while the elite remain in control since they control what the people see and hear which affects their decisions. Why do you think America, or more accurately the American elite, are so hell bent on spreading Democracy everywhere?
The American Experiment is a Masonic experiment that is now nearing its fruition. People are starting to notice things more though, which is why they're intentionally demoralizing the people that notice, by giving them hope with controlled op candidates like Trump and DeSantis, then rigging the election in ways that are extremely obvious and meant to be noticed. The gist of it is that the reason why they're pushing towards this one world government stuff where "you will own nothing" has to do with a Jewish religious tradition that says as soon as every Jew is correctly following the mosaic Law and never breaking it, then their messiah will come. The explanation had to do with those wires they put around buildings in New York. Jews can't do anything on the Sabbath unless they're inside, (or something similar, it's been awhile since I read about it). So Orthodox Jews pay to put permanent wires up around areas so that it is technically a "privately owned enclosure" which is technically a "house" in jew logic, so they can do stuff on the Sabbath without breaking their Jew rules, as long as they are inside the area encircled with the wire. This is actually real, look it up if you don't believe me. There's some other some other conditions they need to meet for the "wire line = house" thing to count, as well as alternate ways of doing it without the wire but I don't remember that part.
But basically they want to do the enclosure thing with the whole world (property wise, not literally with wires) so that no Jew will break the sabbath laws, so they can speedrun their end-of-the-world prophecy. They may have been "taught" that, but they were wrong. The most common evidence I've seen for that claim is Erathosenes's experiment, but that works both on a flat surface and a spherical surface, so it proves nothing.
