Also, I get sick when I eat wheat treated with Roundup but not when the wheat was clean and free of it. It's like night and day, I can tell within an hour if the source flour of any goods was contaminated. Half the frozen pizzas on the market make me ill so now I use King Arthur and make my own dough.
Yeah i remember i ate some frozen pizza a few months ago and it made me sick, fatigued, bloated, body ejected it into the toilet. Stomach was like WTF is this chemical shit and bubbling noises ensued.
It's amazing how cheap it is to eat cooking from scratch. I use a crockpot and freeze half of the batch because I like beans, but not that much. 3 days in row is enough. I also try to pick a cold day to make use of the extra heat from cooking
It is cheaper. If you get an Instant Pot pressure cooker you can make great stuff fast and easily. I have no time for being a great chef but I eat well with the right power tools for cooking. Also the Instant Pot softens up the human meat I get when I go out at night and makes it tender. Oh shit, I accidently hit Return.
The flesh ribs i ate last night are still stuck in my teeth after brushing twice. the meat was tough and chewy. I need to marinate next time and cook "low n slow."
You do not want to eat sugary breakfast cereals. That stuff is terrible for you. Eggs are still cheap. Eat those instead. I lost 5 pounds, permanently, doing nothing more than switching from "healthy" cereals like Special K to 6 eggs with tobasco sauce for breakfast.
