If I ever bother to go to a regular doctor again, that will be the excuse I use.
A few years ago, I went to a allopathic clinic (my naturopath was worried she'd lose her license) to get a flu shot exemption for work (before the scamdemic and that whole debacle). Without them even talking to me, I left with 3 scripts and an order for a mammogram. According to them I was "of the age." I need a much better reason than that to subject myself to anything like extra radiation or invasive procedures.
I'm not getting anything like that done without very, very good reason. I was shocked how they hand out prescriptions and orders.
I once had a colonoscopy. It had nothing to do with cancer or polyps and was absolutely necessary for the circumstance. Years later, I'm healthier now than ever and wholeheartedly believe I would have ended up with a worse end result had it not been performed for the reason it was performed.
From my perspective with my life experience in mind, your post seems to be less about conspiracy and more about projecting your own sexually confused thoughts.
I totally understand that! I was tossed an order for a mammogram because I was "of the age." I didn't go because there is nothing wrong. I would totally go for diagnostic procedures if I felt they were going to help figure out what is wrong.
Everything in allopathic medicine is about making money, so demanding people get yearly colonoscopies and mammograms is not necessary, but it makes them money.
I order my own bloodwork regularly and diagnose and treat myself. There is nothing wrong with diagnostic procedures, it's when they are used as a routine that it is wrong.
I'll be vague: It was done to visualize what could not otherwise be seen through previous attempts using external imaging technologies in preparation for what turned out to be a life-saving surgery.
Or as OP's brain will read it: I just like having things shoved up my ass by strangers while unconscious!
My point is that colonoscopies are usually not medically necessary. Making them regular is both dangerous, and profit-enhancing for the medical establishment. But it sounds like you needed one, which is what should be the standard.
Note, my son had one due to some food allergy issues, so they are okay in the right circumstances I believe.
You sound as though you enjoyed it and you've gone through some mental gymnastics to justify it and have sexual feelings about it too.
Strong men hundreds and thousands of years ago lived longer than you will and they never had to have 30 feet of scopic camera fished through their intestines looking for shit kernels.
DOVER, Del. — A Delaware man who underwent a colonoscopy awoke after the procedure to find he was wearing pink women's underwear, according to a lawsuit. Plaintiff Andrew Walls, of Dover, Del., was not pleased, or amused, and this month filed a civil suit in New Castle County Superior Court against the Delaware Surgery Center in Dover seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
My aunt had her intestines accidently perforated by one of these procedures. The result was that she nearly bled to death, and took 3 months to recover.
They have it now so that you can poop in a cup and they can scan it for cancer cells. Nobody needs a colonoscopy unless they have ongoing intestinal health issues that they have to examine. There is no "routine" procedure that could result in nearly killing you, even if it's a small chance.
Yeah, ive been dealing with low phosphorous, no one cares. The last time I went into the doctor a few months back to ask to be tested again. I tell the doctor, yeah im peeing a bunch of times during the night. (Lotta fluid coming out of me). Not the "urge to pee".
Anyway, I swear to god they just want to get rid of me.
"Do you think it could be your prostate?" which I answered, no. Its not my prostate im fairly sure. Asks if I want to do a prostate exam. I said no thanks, Id like to see what my phosphorous is first. Gives me some blood test that can be a marker for prostate cancer. Of course the results were perfect haha. Like 99% of my bloodwork and urine tests.
The disappointment in this persons tone. And then he proceeds to go on and tell me that 2.3 mg/dl phosphorous is perfectly normal.
Its taken over a year to get my phosphorous up from 1.3 to 2.3.
And hes going to tell me thats normal? Fuck man where do these people come from.
What the doctor recommends has more to do with how much or how often the insurance will pay for such routine work. Mammograms should not be given every year because the dose of radiation you get is not worth it. When Obamacare started they wanted to make them every two years (due to the science) but doctors started crying. Doctoring now days is all about the money....
It's funny that the people who deserve a REAL COLONOSCOPY (Impalement) are the same people who are most genetically prone to having cancer in their intestines. LOL
What's the matter? Your kosher diet gave you polyps? Hahhaha
A new study reveals that colonoscopies, mammograms, and other tests do little to prolong life expectancy. But don’t expect to hear that from your doctor.
we are told that regular colonoscopies after age fifty make colorectal cancer "more than 90% curable — but only if you get tested in time." [Actually, this is a lie! Screening colonoscopies do not prevent or materially reduce anyone's risk of colorectal cancer regardless of age. And if anything, they may actually increase your overall risk of cancer, and not just colorectal. Here are the true facts: First, according to the American Cancer Society, up till now… “…There are no prospective randomized controlled trials of screening colonoscopy for the reduction in incidence or mortality of colorectal cancer.” [3] The National Cancer Institute is even more explicit:“…it is not yet known for certain whether colonoscopy can help reduce the number of deaths from colorectal cancer.” [4] This means that the 90% cure rate figure cited by Ms. Couric back in 2000 is pure fiction. It also means that most of the fourteen million plus screening colonoscopies [5] performed annually in the United States to the tune of twenty to thirty billion dollars aren't recommended on the basis of rock-solid research or clinical indications, but on the willful misinformation of the American public, consumer fraud in other words… Second, according to the analysis of actual outcomes, ‘screening colonoscopies’ are essentially useless: “The patients in all the studies had at least one adenoma detected on colonoscopy but did not have cancer. They developed cancer in the next few years, however, at the same rate as would be expected in the general population without screening.” [6]
I'm 60 and never had one. That's because I know I'm a perfect asshole

I agree with them not being needed routinely. I do not agree with OP's assertion they aren't needed at all.

...further proving your ignorance.
They sedate the patient before cramming a camera into them from either end, so even if he was into that shit he wouldn't have felt any of it.

Trusting doctors is generally a mistake, yeah. Doesn't disprove the point that the patient is knocked out, though.

So too mammograms...
Having endured this myself with zero benefits , I gotta agree.
Another procedure for profit and sales for further operations .

I lost a little respect for you for having gone through with it and now being a man who has been anally penetrated with foreign objects.
But give some of the respect back that you admit to your having been fooled.
What we must do now is forewarn others.
I don't mind losing the respect, happy to warn others.
I was young and (even more) foolish back then.
To live and learn.
