As an optimist, up to 85% of shots delivered may have been placebo. Most companies delivering vaccinations did a poor job keeping the vaccines cold. AIDS is a clinical diagnosis of a chronic dysfunction of immune system. Most people know HIV can cause it but not as many know that hepatitis and leukemia can too. Essentially anything that causes chronic disruption of regulation of immune response, especially when inflammatory, seems it can cause this to develop. A bit like how eating different things can cause diabetes. So, the vax appears to be a source of such chronic agitation.
