Lots of people get the Flu from the Flu vaccine, to the point that the CDC and FDA and vaccine manufactures had to state that the illness they got after getting the flu vaccine was not the flu. Or they had some other reason for their symptoms from they already had a weakened immune system to being hypochondriacs.
Lots of people get the flu after getting the flu vaccine as well. So much so that pre-pandemic the same folks said the missed the mark on the vaccines and a different strain became predominate.

I'll never understand how people are willing to put more faith in these pharmaceutical companies than their own immune systems. One has existed for thousands of years and is complex beyond all human description / engineering, and the other is regularly dragged into court for negligence and fraud.
