Then for added stupidity they announce a new deadly strain which we must shut down the planet for, then they push the original vaccine (as a booster) that hasn't worked to fight this new deadly strain. Can this timeline get any more retarded?

What about the flu? Lots of people get the Flu from the Flu vaccine, to the point that the CDC and FDA and vaccine manufactures had to state that the illness they got after getting the flu vaccine was not the flu. Or they had some other reason for their symptoms from they already had a weakened immune system to being hypochondriacs.
Lots of people get the flu after getting the flu vaccine as well. So much so that pre-pandemic the same folks said the missed the mark on the vaccines and a different strain became predominate.
You have heard of it. It was either said with different words or it was ignored.
The Flu isn't used for the sake of justifying the absolute oblivion of society in the form of a "Great Reset" or "4th industrial revolution".
Not so sure. It may have been used to normalize the idea of regular injections of man made substances for what is most often in modern society a bad week.
With that stated, my point was to the OPs statement that "I've never heard of a vaccine where everyone takes it, and still gets the disease anyway". It was rebuttal that they have.
It's the normalization of Masks, lockdowns and the destruction of international travel. The vaccines are already normalized. Basically if you let them go further from this, you only need to look at Cambodia 1980 for the consequences.
Those terms are analogous to two periods in Communist Chinese history: The Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution. Once you see that the World Economic Forum is pushing global adoption of the China Model, these things become clear.
Actually the China model is an improvised version of the Soviet model. And you have the Cambodian model which literally pushes society to oblivion once it gets its way.
