I've been following JBP closely for years... He was going VERY hard, giving lectures all the time, podcasts all the time, writing all the time... He was balls to the wall work, work, work all the time. Very impressive and appreciated work, from my perspective, but a person is not well suited to a pace like that. From what I see, he overworked himself into that time out, no matter the details of russia/benzos/whatever. His subconscious took him out of an unhealthy pace, and it was really hard on him...
