I've been following JBP closely for years... He was going VERY hard, giving lectures all the time, podcasts all the time, writing all the time... He was balls to the wall work, work, work all the time. Very impressive and appreciated work, from my perspective, but a person is not well suited to a pace like that. From what I see, he overworked himself into that time out, no matter the details of russia/benzos/whatever. His subconscious took him out of an unhealthy pace, and it was really hard on him... I fear he isn't really getting it, yet... He seems confused by the trails he went through, rather than receiving the messages it was sending him. Life is more like surfing, than like an assembly line. Seasons for work, seasons for play, seasons for rest, seasons for chillin'.
