It was obvious to anyone using their brain (most people here) that Elon was buying influence in the federal government. He only cares about politics to the extent that it affects him. This is why he's pushing to replace American workers.
Yeah, this is pure BS.
I used to believe in the "EVs would liberate us and their downfall was the result of a conspiracy by Big Oil", but the reality is that you can't keep something this good a secret for too long and, when modern EVs finally released, we saw just why they weren't popular in the first place, despite the technology being far more superior than back in the days.
Not even, just looking at the two vehicles, one weighs a lot more and has a lot more electrical and mechanical components, along with faster acceleration and higher speeds (the Babcock tops out at around 22mph).
I'd also doubt the claim of 1k miles per charge; this one article says similar models averaged around 100mi per charge and this pamphlet says the Babcock did a 1k mile tour on one battery, not one charge.

Yes, I am a proud gay man and a proud Republican. My sexuality is not a secret, nor is it something I have ever been ashamed of. Being gay is an integral part of who I am, and I have always carried myself with dignity, honesty, and self-respect. I refuse to let anyone twist my identity into something it is not or use it as a weapon against me.
Here's a tweet of his claiming to have a wife and asking for subscribers to help pay for his wedding:

Yeah, I've seen laser lights on YT you can purchase or modify that burns things. I'm sure there's far more capable ones by militaries and who knows if they've already been used (probably have been).
Scary times to be alive.
"Poe's Law" is a humorous adage that states, "Any sufficiently advanced parody of a belief system will be indistinguishable from the real thing." The idea is that if you parody something so well, it becomes difficult to tell whether it's a genuine belief or a parody.
In this case, it's basically not being able to tell whether they're being serious or joking.
Same, but I didn't really know much or care about him until he floated the idea of buying Twitter. I learned from all the people warning about him (he's a liberal, WEF guy) and that's all I needed to know he was a fraud.
But, y'know how it goes, voters don't understand the concept of lying, so they think Elon "evolved" on the issues and now he's one of them.
Yeah. Like, you can't even surprise me anymore with these people. Make up some crazy stuff and it's probably more believable than what they're actually doing.
