Not true. God doesn't produce the effects of evil in people's ives, they do by their actions. And by our actions others suffer. The effects of sin are like the weather we expose ourselves to by where we choose to travel. We become cut off from God and are left to the buffetings of Satan. The destructions we see prepared in these conspiracies are the left arm of the Lord lifted against the wicked inhabitants of the earth who will not repent. We're meant to read these verses as a warning to prepare a great sacrifice of our will and our sins for an offering of righteousness unto God and and as an emblem of our love for Him (or face destruction at the day of his judgment) In return God promised to bless us to know his will, He will heal our lives and traumas, and allow us to live after the manner of happiness if accompanied by sacrifice.

What a way to bury a technical term that is associated with human rights abuses and slavery so that search results provide meaningless links to new technology or products services. Like what happened to Tesla's technology. Try researching a concept like a Tesla motor without being buried in new car specs.
