they tell us out in the open because being cryptic doesn't spread the message to enough of their people - the bureaucrats and power seekers who enable the thing to transform

One of the main reasons they released AI is so they can blame actual video evidence of Deep State crimes on AI.

So, they spent billions on text generation in order to make fake videos ? LLM / GPT and Diffusion are not even the same technology.

"AI" is not a thing. It's like saying "Computers were invented so in 100 years they could make fake videos"

? I don't understand your point.

GitHub CoPilot was trained on Github public repos, which anyone could download

MS acquired it in 2018, the same year GPT-1 was announced and paid $7.5 billion in stock.

GPT-3 (the engine behind copilot) was 2020

it's a bit of a stretch to suggest it was acquired for gpt to train on when anyone could download it for free

The UK speech laws are those enacted via the EU as the final arbitration as ruled on by the ECHR (Europen Court of Human Rights) to which Sam can appeal:

  1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers. This article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises.

  2. The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.

there are many small incremental things that are not the big bang of the smartphone

from the top of my head

  • home insualtion products - you won't know about innovation in building tech unless you follow the trends

  • in-car sensors - flow rates and levels of fluids, proximity sensors, tyre pressure sensors

  • man made fabrics - breathable water resistant, 100% water repellant (e.g. Vessi shoes)

but really, much technology is about improving manufacturing processes not the final product

the FED does not control the cost of borrowing

the Fed might change ITS rate but it doesn't really control the price of borrowing, it follows the market

Numbers on a computer is not the same as digital currency

Digital currency is traceable through its lifetime, can be revoked at any time, every transaction goes through the gatekeeper (e.g. govt.) and therefore approved / rejected - meaning the govt. could pricefix everything.

e.g.

Here's your digital UBI, you can only spend it with approved partners, it expires in 30 days.

that's very different to numbers assigned to an account on a bank's spreadsheet

your posts are utterly retarded

I can't even be bothered but that top van is transmitting to a specific satellite, which I suppose is a "short distance" relative to the moon.
