One with only Spike1, so that those who receive it can be protected from virii that use Spike1, and another injection that is live, deadly virus that uses Spike1. Send SpikeVax to friendly cities and send Vira'Vax' to troublesome ones. By the time the troublesome virus reaches friendly cities, everyone is immune to that particular Spike1.
Repeat with Spike2,3,4... until all cities are friendly or dead. You can watch the psychopaths follow the biowarfare stratagems in real-time.

The same behavior exhibits with abortions, AIDS, genital mutilation, pedophilia, and rape: if someone exploited your vulnerability into doing something terrible, now you'll likely do the same terrible thing to someone else, (at least subconsciously) to see if everyone's as easily exploited as you are. It's known as a coping mechanism.

People, no. I saw a TV show as a kid that talked about a woman who could see auras around people. I can picture auras around people, but it's merely a practice in imagination rather than a sixth sense of any kind.
Electronics, yes. I can tell if my cell phone has wifi or is using 4Glte because the data transfer pulses in my head on 4G. The effect is especially noticable if I'm near long powered wires (speaker wires, wired earbuds which are plugged in, lamp cords...).

Biological computing is where I see the most interesting innovation. Where a desktop computer might have several buses but basically tackle one calculation at a time, a biological computer built of whatever protein slurry neuronal network may be able to simultaneously calculate many. A step towards quantum computing.
