You could try to find more info using google translate on Russian wiki page on Akado - https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%90%D0%BA%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%BE

All in all, Moscow Cablecom corp is just one of money laundering dump for jewish oligarch I mentioned earlier.

When US authorities talk about sanctions against Russia and Putin, it's easy to find out that they have nothing to do with reality, since all that Vekselberg, Abramovich, Usmanov, etc. US assets remains untouched.

Moscow Cablecom corp is 100% owned by "Akado" holding, 100% owned by "Renova" holding belonging to one of numerous Putin's jewish friend and wallet Viktor Vekselberg. He could be known on the West as the "russian" billionare who bought the last residence of Mussolini. To Russians he known as one of the thiefs who stoled Russian aluminium and oil from people of Russia. Also, there was an interesting case, when Vekselberg bought the building of Hungary embassy in Moscow and sold it at 7 times higher cost to Russian government. Committee of Inquiry of Russia got a lot of requests to investigate this obvious fraud, but rejected all of them because they "did not find any law infringements".

Akado is well-known to Russians as the worst internet provider ever.

That's old fake, obvious for anyone who close to electronics. No cellular device use TV SCART connector clearly visible on the PCB. This clown show you the PCB from Cisco 4585DVB set top box. You also could see 4584DVB enclosure on his car bonnet.

PS: Really there is a grain of unintentional truth in that fake video. Shown TV box is used to deliver MSM to the user. Coronahoax brought to you with MSM. So that TV device really helps to deliver coronahoax to you. :)

PPS: There is a special section in a hell for the dumb idiots who shoot vertical videos.

Sugar is cheapiest and easiest way for your body to provide fuel (glucose in blood) for your brain. Sucrose is made from binded fructose and glucose molecules. Of course you could consume fructose and even pure glucose, however, they are much more expensive (both financially and by energy needed to consume) and had lower coversion rate to the glucose in blood. Glucose from sugar is placed into blood during simple brakedown process by sucrase enzyme on specific cell membranes, but pure glucose have no such mechanism of consumption, and the best way to somehow put pure glucose in blood is not an eating it, but a direct injection into blood. Pure fructose also, unlike sugar, have to make a long and complex path of transformation into glucose in blood. That is why we have that literally dumb narrative "sugar is bad". Healthy person could eat sugar without any limitations and without any side effects. Any problems with shugar consumption is only a consequence of some body malfunction or illness. Broken body use sugar to do some weird things, instead of splitting it to glucose in blood and feeding the brain and other cells. It's not a shugar such person should avoid. It's just an organism breakage that need to be repaired.

If you want to make your population dumb, just tell them a tale about harmful sugar, and that's all.

All "important" information being on the top of the document and nothing more leaked in it ?

This is a red flag for any "leak". If only part of "leaked" document published, there is something wrong. There can't be any reason to not to publish "leaked" document entirely.

Russia is controlled mainly by former KGB. Probably. Maybe Zhukov (Жуков) coup and shooting Beria weakened Jewish fraction at least a bit...

It's a mix - VCHK-KGB-FSB was and is mostly Jewish structure. Stalin/Zhukov/etc. tried to push out the Jews from it (not because of some conscious intent to get rid of jews, but just because their plans was not aligned with Jewish ones), but finally failed. Andropov being pure Jew leaded KGB for many years, f.e.. Nothing changed really.

Also level of internal corruption of Russia would be interesting question. (Just thieves or also traitors ? And who exactly)

Both. But I don't think they could be named "traitors". Every Jew consider Israel as motherland. Russia as any other country is just a legal target for robbing for them.

I suspect those "document" not exists, just another one British fake.

It does not matter, really, It is not a problem for TPTB to create any official document of any country with all necessary attributes and legal path.

After Scripal survived "nerve gas" novichok, and Navalny "was poisoned with it too" XD (Come on,it was said to be made in Russia not made in China XD ),

It could be true that FSB tried to poison some opponents of Russian athorities and traitors. And they could really use that old Novichok substance. There are no any competent specialists in that three-letter state structures in Russia for a long time. Negative selection and miserable salary for specialists did its job. So it is not hard to imagine that dumb but servile employees after the order to "do something with Navalny", just took that outdated Novichok from storage facility without knowledge of it's real properties and tried to apply it to targets, thinking that it is the good way to do the job. With all their stupidity and diligence.

As for Navalny, there is much more interesting thing to think about. Navalny main idea was to strike Putin & Co on their western wallets. Not so long before the whole story begans, EU issued a law on non-conviction confiscations, applied mostly to the relatives of Italian mafia and other criminals. Lot of villas and other assets was confiscated or destroyed for the links to the mafia. Looks like he had some agreement with western authorities, that if he publish some proofs of connections between enormous western assets to the families and friends of Russian top bureaucrats and oligarchs, they could apply that law and confiscate assets as acquired through corruption and criminal. May be western authorities even help him to find all that stuff and evidences. But along publishing all necessary information, Navalny did or say something "wrong" and West immidiately break all agreements. Nothing was confiscated, no residence permits was revoked, etc. And even Navalny's associates turn against him for that "thought crime". Or may be western authorities just come to conclusion that Putin is preferrable as Russia leader than somebody unpredictable like Navalny. I would not be surprised if it was a western order to "do something with Navalny" for FSB, when Navalny, f.e. occasionally dig out enormous number of proofs and links of close connection between western establishment and Russian corruption.

and our American friends should take care about those BRITISH collusion.

I think it is much wider than just British. Klaus Schwab is not British, and all that Gates/Rockfellers/Rotshilds/etc. too. GB could be just one of their strongholds.

  1. AI is coming. You have to deal with it.

It is not. All marketing bullshit you heard about "AI" have nothing to do with Intelligence. It is just simple and dumb neural networks, nothing more. They just could be huge due to high computing power available, but they are as dumb, as more than a half century old perceptron. NN is only a part of AI, and not even most inportant. Interesting, that development of other, much more important parts of AI was nearly abondoned few decades ago. Most famous are "expert systems" and "problem solvers". There are no progress at all, and nobody even try to develop them to some significant extent. Without this things AI is completely impossible.

AI has to be democratic

If we wil be able to control AI, it would not be AI. Just another program that works according to our algorithm. Real AI will be able to create algorithms itself, and due to completely different conditions of existence, we will have no any clue what this algorithms would or can be and what is their purpose. We hardly could imagine what is another man way of thinking is, so it will be nearly impossible to even understand the self-developed way of thinking of completely another entity like computer AI.

In any case there are no signs that AI is remotely possible in some near future.

Open source the AI's algorithms is the ONLY way to go

Opensourcing AI in no way will give us any clue of how it will develop and work. Even very simple and open source algorithm of "Life" game is unpredictable. You have no ways to predict the way how the arbitrary initial combination will develop. So what to say about much more complex system able to create new algorithms?

Talking about "AI" today you really talk only about some dumb neural networks, built to do some rather simple stuff. They absolutely can't think out anything new, or solve any problem. They just do what they was "trained" for on enormous number of samples, nothing more. If NN "trained" (really it is relatively simple arithmetic to adjust weight coefficients in transfer functions) for recognising cats on pictures, it can't somehow get an ability to recognize dogs without additional and extensive training. Also, NN's "behaviour" is completely depends on selection of training samples and can't change without another training. NN can't even learn something new by itself. NN is a pure product of creator's will and intention.

The "AI" narrative have nothing to do with real AI and is used and will be used more and more by the state bureaucracy to evade responsibility for their actions, while that state bureaucracy will use that "AI"(NN in reality) as just a tool for total surveillance, and that's all. It is very simple since nobody want to think what AI is, and normies just consuming marketing and propaganda bullshit about an "AI".

Sounding like "not so perfect" Russian ?

Not so far from bureaucratic language, but looks much more like automatic translation. It is easy to check - I tried to google translate it to English and back to Russian and again to English - it does not change. Interesting, that even some Russian laws and executive orders have the same property. Last things I check was miscellaneous coronahoax orders. Funniest things is when in some Russian laws some, say, list of town names sorted in latin alphabetic order, not in cyrillic. This definitely means that the source of that law was prepared by a person who use latin alphabet as native one.

Also, usually in Russian bureaucratic language links to some annexes/summplements/appondixes usually look like "(См. Прил. 5 п.5)", i.e. specifically abbreviated and never like long in-bracket title copies. At least, that "См." abbreviation of "Смотри" ("See") at the beginning of the link is a must.

Of course, clessified documents have some specific markings and bits on every page, but that photo show only part of page, so it is hard to say, are there any attributes of classified document here or not.

However, it is not completely impossible for Russia three-letter agencies to have some plans to interfere with USA internal politics. Just like for USA three-letter agencies to interfere with Russian internal politics. Russia even create RT (Russia Today) "news agency" to do that. Interesting, that some of english RT articles will be violently censored if they will appear in russain mass-media. :)

But all that game is definitely directed from single source, and both USA and Russia states obliged to obey that single source completely.

I also would not be surprised at all if it will appear that some bureaucrats in Russian GRU/FSB received some english text from TPTB, translated it using computer translator and created some "Russian" classified document and leaked it to western press by order.

As for overall "Putin support Trump" narrative, Putin will support anybody who will not be a threat for his real wealth hidden in the West and his power in Russia. Absolutely nothing changed when Biden comes after Trump as president of USA. The only russian politician who openly spoke against Trump censoring in social media was Navalny, who is now in jail for opposing Putin, with obvious help of Navalny's liberal "supporters" who went mad for Navalny's anticensorship position.

In Russia we have exactly same narrative, like it comes from one single source:

USA bad. USA might insert media viruses into Russia life .... and so on.

This is used as a justification of censorship, mass surveilance and rights withdrawal.

Meanwhile, where is Paul Berg, the father (may be grandfather?) of "viral vector" vaccines and Nobel Prize winner like Kary Mullis? There should be tons of interviews with him about how recombinant (artificially combined) DNA/RNA (such RNA used in viral vector vaccine) is harmless for humans all over MSM. Oh, wait, last time he was interviewed in 2015 and talk about bioethics, right of the scientist to explore anything and that on the same time society have a right to have cultiral and religious reasons to be against GMO and stem cells usage and that it is a bad idea to force acceptance ... Interesting, that Pul Berg is stronlgly proGMO and other ethically fringe science himself, but somehow completely accept that others could have huge reasons to be against.

Wallet addresses traceable, not the user. There are no any means in bitcoin-like crypto to connect person and wallet or address. Also, you could have any number of addresses and any number of wallets.

So, traceability of bitcoin user depends only on this user concern. If you use it thinkfully, you can't be traced. If you personnaly provide your address along with your name, leave home address for shipping or appear personally to get your purchase, it is your fault, not bitcoin's.

To minimize such ways for deanonimization, bitcoin provide a possibility to create as many addresses as you wish. In the early days of bitcoin it was recommended to generate new address for every payment, send some sum (not equal to the sum of purchase) from your main address and pay from that address. Later you could spend a residue from that address adding it to the transaction from another new address. However, now it could be problematic, due to the long transaction time and relatively high transaction fee.

But it is you who control it. You know what you get and you take apropriate measures, if water quality is not good enough. Nobody will lie to you and your family that your water is good and certified for drinking. Also, it is a bad idea to live in place where so many pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides etc. around that they contaminate your well. It means that you have to leave that place as fast as possible. And water is not your main problem. As for usual well, drilled to correct layer, you will meet mostly with calcium salts, and may be iron ones. Both are not harmful, and could be easily conditioned to apropriate level.

Of course, there could be places where you could get water with natural heavy metals, or even radioactive ones, but in that case you got a jackpot. Your land become many times more expensive and yow you could choose any place anywhere, with best possible water for that money.

Reverse osmosis or distillation will help you to get rid of nearly anything, including fluorides.

But there is a better solution - get out of town, drill your own well and forget about fluorides.

“win” in “.Win” stands for Windows.

how do you know that? May be it stands for X Window System - standard GUI system for UNIX (and eventually Linux) systems, developed long before MS Windows?

Really that have nothing with GUI. https://icannwiki.org/.win

Some company registered a heap of first level domains in attempt to make a profit from selling subdomains. .win is just one of few dozens and mean something connected with games.

Be curious, check everything, dig deeper. Making big fat fortune guesses have nothing common with conspiracy.

Don't overestimate the price of owning a site. It is really cheap today, even for a big one with millions of users. All that bullshit about "we overbloated our site with ads because we need money to support the site" is a complete bullshit. Nearly all money from ads goes directly to the pockets of sly owners.

Site like win costs a few thousand dollars a year, including payments for win domain zone. Or even less, if you own some company in the networking sphere. If you are unlucky, incompetent and don't know where and how get reasonable pricing for hosting/collocation, may be ten-twenty thousands. Even that is not a huge sum of money, definitely available to the independent and enthusiastic person from middle class. There are enough prosperous conspiracy theorists around, so, at least, it is completely possible.

IDK, who is win owner, but absence of ads is definitely not a sign of anything. In no case you really need an ads to keep your site up and running.

DARPA cancelled accepting of proposals from contractors (May 7 2004), not the project.

https://web.archive.org/web/20030603173339/http://www.darpa.mil/ipto/Solicitations/PIP_03-30.html

They found a contractors (obviously Zukerberg, Apple, Goolge and possibly others), so they closed that solicitation, nothing more.

Also, note that smartphones became very popular very soon after that iPhone was announced 3 years later ( 2004 - 2007 is a decent time for manufacturing process, from customer order as a wish to the real production start, including R&D and everything ). Also Google bought Android Inc. in 2005. And, suddenly, smartphones are exactly a "hardware worn by the LifeLog user."

Russia isn't really cooperating with the whole shit-show(hence the 'muh' russia' narrative) so if anything this a real tangible sign of this being the case...

Russia definitely plays absolutely the same game and cooperates in the first line. There are some local specific, like everywhere, but the whole game is the same. Coronahoax, fear mongering, meaningless PCR tests, lockdowns, human rights violations, social distancing, muzzles, rapidly developed unchecked vaccines, total surveillance (under the label of covid trackers), full WHO guidelines submission, prosecution of any covid "misinformation" etc. All included.

Fatalities from Sputnik-V seem to be the same as from SARS-CoV-2 and equal to normal mortality, even mortality/age curve is identical, just like for coronahoax.

People who got Sputnik-V told that vaccine effects is mostly like ordinary medium or light flu - slightly higher temperature for few days and snot. So it definitely have some active content, not just empty saline. Most people in Russia don't see any reason for vaccination, since you still have to wear muzzle in public places and obey other coronavirus idiocy. From many people I know here, all who got Sputnik-V are well and alive, all who was diagnosed with COVID-19 are well and alive too, including persons at age 80+. Don't know about mentality issues, most got all that coronahoax without any thought and question, so... And it is hard to determine are that issues from MSM propaganda or from vaccine/virus. It's like egg/chicken problem.

In Russia vaccination is not mandatory, also there are no any differences in social life for vaccinated and not vaccinated. Yet.
