This is a red flag for any "leak". If only part of "leaked" document published, there is something wrong. There can't be any reason to not to publish "leaked" document entirely.
Russia is controlled mainly by former KGB. Probably. Maybe Zhukov (Жуков) coup and shooting Beria weakened Jewish fraction at least a bit...
It's a mix - VCHK-KGB-FSB was and is mostly Jewish structure. Stalin/Zhukov/etc. tried to push out the Jews from it (not because of some conscious intent to get rid of jews, but just because their plans was not aligned with Jewish ones), but finally failed. Andropov being pure Jew leaded KGB for many years, f.e.. Nothing changed really.

Both. But I don't think they could be named "traitors". Every Jew consider Israel as motherland. Russia as any other country is just a legal target for robbing for them.

It does not matter, really, It is not a problem for TPTB to create any official document of any country with all necessary attributes and legal path.

It could be true that FSB tried to poison some opponents of Russian athorities and traitors. And they could really use that old Novichok substance. There are no any competent specialists in that three-letter state structures in Russia for a long time. Negative selection and miserable salary for specialists did its job. So it is not hard to imagine that dumb but servile employees after the order to "do something with Navalny", just took that outdated Novichok from storage facility without knowledge of it's real properties and tried to apply it to targets, thinking that it is the good way to do the job. With all their stupidity and diligence.
As for Navalny, there is much more interesting thing to think about. Navalny main idea was to strike Putin & Co on their western wallets. Not so long before the whole story begans, EU issued a law on non-conviction confiscations, applied mostly to the relatives of Italian mafia and other criminals. Lot of villas and other assets was confiscated or destroyed for the links to the mafia. Looks like he had some agreement with western authorities, that if he publish some proofs of connections between enormous western assets to the families and friends of Russian top bureaucrats and oligarchs, they could apply that law and confiscate assets as acquired through corruption and criminal. May be western authorities even help him to find all that stuff and evidences. But along publishing all necessary information, Navalny did or say something "wrong" and West immidiately break all agreements. Nothing was confiscated, no residence permits was revoked, etc. And even Navalny's associates turn against him for that "thought crime". Or may be western authorities just come to conclusion that Putin is preferrable as Russia leader than somebody unpredictable like Navalny. I would not be surprised if it was a western order to "do something with Navalny" for FSB, when Navalny, f.e. occasionally dig out enormous number of proofs and links of close connection between western establishment and Russian corruption.
