Gonna call bullshit on this one. Things aren't that bad in the US and most folks don't care what happens in Americas War Bonnet. They still have beer, sports ball and haven't yet died from the clot shot.

Most of the people with decent deposits in US banks don't use lots of cash. They pay expenses with bill pay transfers or checks. The only banks that could be hurt would be the smaller under capitalized ones, most which are in small towns and farm communities where everyone knows each other, so that's unlikely.

Plus banks are flush with all the free money that's been rolling off the presses that last two years.

And if you hurt a bank, do you know what happens? It gets bailed out by the FDIC and sold to another bank.

Plus you shouldn't have a large excess of cash hanging around for long periods due to inflation. Keep enough in to cover expense and stick the rest in real world assets.

What one of my non American friends told me:

"Because the US has nukes and has a military, economic and financial power that it throws around the world like a drunken abusive dad beating up the wife and kids after a bender..."

Let's all gather in a circle and sing Kumbaya and the world will magically heal it's self.

General Dynamics has large government contracts with large numbers of contractors. How are they going to resolve that issue?

"The government pumps up the pressure on the patriots by stripping more and more freedoms. With every loss the patriots get hotter and hotter, and they explode and play right into the socialists’ hands, while doing no real damage."

99% of the time VHF and UHF are ghost towns, even with the repeaters...

Only time the HF bands are busy is during contests.

Ever wonder why much of the "creative" arts suck?

Looks like the "intelligence" services have destroyed art, journalism and literature.

It's just another story of mismanagement and incompetence.

40 year old building should have been condemned by government when engineers found severely damaged support pillars.

But at least it lasted 40 years unlike the FIU pedestrian walkway that was designed by idiots that celebrate diversity until it collapsed right after completion.

If they are anything like the voting roll audit that we did in another state, the results will be drastic and highlight multiple acts of corruption. It appears they found many of the same issues we did, including ghost voters, illegal voters and unregistered voters, ballot issues, computer tampering, etc...

Been there, seen the data, didn't get a t-shirt.

There is but adverse reactions are under reported and the numbers are manipulated.

Elections are easy, audits aren't.

Given the number of machines and people involved in running an legitimate, fair, election, results should be available within hours.

Now take smaller number of people that to inspect each ballot, check it vs actual voter rolls, death records, public records, addresses, etc, double, triple check it and the process takes a while especially if there is fraud.

I've done election roll audits, (not ballot audits), in another state and it's hard, boring work that requires attention to detail. (Yes, we found widespread fraud, it was a blue county...)

It's camouflage.

Does anyone think there will still be elections in 2024?

I anticipate that this will not make a difference one way or the other.

As a Texan, I've known about it all my life. It wasn't a big deal growing up. It was like St. Patrick's Day or Columbus Day, an excuse for a party.

I went to a few Juneteenth barbecues with a bunch of restaurant coworkers back in the day. Not much different from any other parties except the music was more R&B and funk instead of rock or country. (This was before the hard-core gangster rap days...)

I was on project where I met some of the original BoA owners/management that became later became venture capitalists, private equity and corporate raiders. One of them also started one of the original reverse mortgage companies. Smart, greedy, and ruthless MFers.
